This web based experiential online module on POSH is an endeavor to build a safe and respectful workplace for everyone. The module engages participants with a host of activities, videos, real life case studies and stories and smart infographics. It helps participants get a better understanding on sexual harassment at the workplace as per the PoSH act, identify possible incidents which can be recognized as sexual harassment; know what to do in case they are a victim of or observe sexual harassment. It empowers the participants with the organisation’s complaint and redressal process.
The module also assesses participant’s understanding through multiple choice questions and an end of module certification.
