This video based PoSH module engages the participants through a series of hand illustrated real life scenarios. The module is very relatable with the participants as it uses storytelling to explain a sensitive topic and covers the key points of the POSH Act in a simple and easy to understand manner. It helps build awareness about various instances of sexual harassment related to the workplace. The module aims to empower participants by helping them understand the actions that they need to take incase they are a victim of or witness sexual harassment.
Assessment can be administrated through a Google form or a facilitated quiz in multiple choice questions format and caselets to encourage application of learning. This can be further enhanced with a floor/board game.
